Nay La Sayar Min Thila was born in 1977 in Yangon, the heart of Myanmar, as the eldest son of his family. His educational journey began at the historic Basic Education High School No. (6) Botahtaung (St. Paul's School) in Yangon, where he studied from 1982 to 1994. Then, to face the challenges of the technological era, he attended Thanlyin GTI in 1995, where he keenly studied Electronic & Communication.

Not stopping his educational journey, he went on to earn a B.Tech degree in 2001-2002. In early 1995, he discovered an interest that could be called a turning point in his life: the mysterious art of astrology, which can provide guidance to everyone. Since his time as a university student, he has given free consultations, both as a hobby and out of a compassionate desire to help people.

In the business world, he founded and runs a garment business called "UK Fashion & Design." At the same time, to firmly establish his passion for astrology as a profession, he became a disciple of the respected U Sein Win (Shwedagon) in 2001 to master his methods.
